Delivery and Returns
Free UK delivery
UK delivery is £60 on weekdays by our specialist courier, Fragilistics. On occasions, we also partner with UPS and DHL.
Our specialist courier will call you before we deliver to ensure that the delivery date is convenient and that someone will be available to sign for your art; Fragilistics will also drop you an email or text which allows you to change your time slot or reschedule to another day.
Returns
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a piece of art, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible.
You can return any purchase within seven days of receipt. Please use the original packaging at your own cost. You’ll be refunded in full when the piece arrives back with us, directly to either your bank, debit or credit card. The only exception is special order items which include hand-embellished artwork you will only be entitled to a store credit.
Commissions - These are final and non-returnable. A 50% Deposit is taken at the point of ordering and the balance is due on collection.

Other things you need to know
STOCK
Some items are not kept in stock by Bloom Fine Art or the publisher, there is a standard lead time of 2-3 weeks from you ordering the item from the website. Each piece is printed/embellished and framed to order and then delivered to the store.
Every piece of art that leaves our gallery is personally inspected by us, and then expertly and carefully packed using foam edging, bubble wrap and cardboard sleeves. As Fragilistics specialise in moving art and mirror products every piece is handled with care, there are no automated machines moving items around so they are less likely to be damaged like other couriers.
All our art and sculpture is marked with an online status, and we aim to send all in-gallery items within seven days of your order. If you do need your order sent more quickly for a special occasion, just call or email and we’ll do everything we can to help. If your piece is still with our publisher, it will take a little longer – but we’ll keep you fully updated on the status of your order at all times.
